Audit Procedure:

Audit 01 - Paypal Account Photos/Screenshots That Shows Your Paypal Name.

Audit 02 - Paypal Account Photos/Screenshots That Shows Your Credit Card Owner's Name Start/End With X-9161 That You Are Paying With.

Audit 03 - Photo Of (Government Issued ID/Document Proof ); This Can Be A Government-Issued ID Or Document Proof (Such As, One Of Those: Identity Card, Driver's License, Passport, Tourist Card And Etc). You CAN Cover Or Hide Your Other Personal Info (Except Your Face And Name). 

Note: The Full Name On Your Identity Card Should Be Same With Your Name On Paypal Account/Credit Card.

Audit 04 - Photo Of  You Holding/Grasping (1)-ID Near Chin/Face. (Such As, One Of Those: Identity Card, Driver's License, Passport, Tourist Card And Etc). 

1. Try Be More Clear. Reason: In Order To Clearly Confirm You Are The Same Person With ID Card Or Document Proof.

2. You Can Stand In Front Of The Mirror And Take Another 1 Photo Of (You In Hand Grasp ID Or Document Proof) Near Your Chin Or Near Face, 

Or You Can Ask Your Friends To Help You Take Another 1 Photo Of ( You In Hand Grasp ID Or Document Proof.

3. You Can Also Cover Or Hide Your Other Personal Information On The Government Issued ID Or Document Proof (Except Your Real Full Name And Face). 

Reason: We Just Need To Confirm Your Real Full Name (Nationality) And Face And Confirm Yourself Holding (Hand Grasping) The ID Or Document Proof.
